In fact, one TW Jackson review claims that his lack of official training makes his advice unreliable. They claim some of his methods, such as the Instant Reconnect Method, are dangerous mind tricks. This method is described in the book as a way to help your ex remember the good times in the relationship. It is one of the methods that is used to convince the ex to consider getting back together. They claim that some of these methods can be used in other contexts and could be used to manipulate others. Still, it is difficult to use this argument against the book. Many psychological methods can be dangerous when used in the wrong context. Furthermore, the book does far more than offer psychological methods. It also offers advice on assessing the relationship as well as on handling the emotional aspects of a break up.
